Process – Terms & conditions - FAQs.

 

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?                                             

1) get in touch via our online form with your DATE, flower wishlist & ON THE DAY DETAILS.

2) we will get back to you within the week with a rough quote and ideas.

3) FROM THE QUOTE WE CAN DISCUSS DETAILS & OPTIONS OVER EMAIL OR ON THE PHONE TO CREATE SOMETHING YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THAT FITS YOUR BUDGET AND VISION.

4) ONCE YOURE HAPPY WITH THE QUOTE AND WANT TO LOCK US IN WE WILL SEND YOU A DEPOSIT INVOICE OF 25% - OF COURSE THINGS CAN CHANGE FROM HERE ITS REALLY JUST TO SAY ‘YES WE WANT YOU TO BE PART OF OUR WEDDING!’ YAY!.

5) we will meet up for coffee to talk through ideas and make plans! (Or over the phone if needed) From colours, style, textures of the day, mooDBOARDS & flower orders to ON THE DAY logistics & LOCKING IN THOSE FINAL ITEMS… WE CAN ALSO ORGANISE A SITE VISIT IF THE SET UP IS LARGE AND EPIC.

6) 30 days before your wedding the final payment is due, at this point we touch base to see if anything has changed (guest lists / table numbers, extra florals) and revise the final invoice if needed. PLUS YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ‘ON THE DAY’ FORM WITH EVERYTHING FROM DELIVERY ADDRESSES TO CONTACTS FOR THE DAY.

7) AND THEN THE BIG DAY WILL COME! WE WILL HAVE EVERYTHING READY AND LOOKING DIVINE FOR YOU…. MORNING DROP OFFS, ALL ON THE DAY SET UP AND PREPARING YOUR SPACE FOR THE BEST DAY EVER! AND THEN WE WILL BE THERE AT THE END TO WITH LOVE HAND OUT FLOWERS TO YOUR GUESTS OR PACK DOWN THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND LEAVE PRETTY FLOWERS FOR YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES TO COLLECT.

 


WHEN AM I LOCKED IN?

To confirm the Honey Bunch team as your wedding florist and lock in your date you must first approve your quote + t’s&c’s then you will be sent your deposit invoice of 25% which must be paid in 7 days.  Once this payment is received your date is secured.

 


FLOWER availability .

All wedding blooms are subject to availability.

We do our best to source the exact blooms you’ve ordered but in some cases we can’t guarantee exact varieties in the current climate - this includes flowers not being in season, shipments not arriving, delays due to quarantine periods. Prices of imported goods are fluctuating drastically due to Covid & if your wedding includes imported flowers you may be subject to price changes between accepting your quote and your final payment. If this happens you will be contacted first to discuss options - re-quoting or adjusting your order to keep your budget.

WHAT WILL MY BUDGET GET ME ?

Because we love intimate gatherings just as much as we love big wild parties we do not have a minimum spend. Here are some ideas on what your budget could include with us:

$3k - $5k Personal items, ceremony installation, bud vase collection for reception & on the day services.

$5k - $8k Personal items, ceremony installation, rose petal toss, signage florals, bud vase collection for reception, feature arrangements & on the day services.

$8k- $12k Personal items, ceremony installation, aisle blooms, rose petal toss, signage florals, table-scape florals and candle design for tables, feature or hanging arrangements & on the day services.

$12k - $16k+ Personal items, ceremony installation, aisle blooms, rose petal toss, signage florals, table-scape florals and candle design for tables, hanging installations, feature arrangements & on the day services.
